From crown stitching to brim edging, each process follows the standard operating procedures, striving to make the stitches smooth and the lines even.

4. Embroidery and printing, brand logo customization
Whether it is three-dimensional embroidery, flat embroidery, heat transfer, or screen printing, we can meet the diverse customization needs of customers. The factory is equipped with modern embroidery machines and printing equipment, which can accurately restore the LOGO pattern and color, and inject the brand soul into the hat.

5. Shaping and ironing, shaping the hat shape is more rigid
